Initial Screening
Our recruitment committee will review the forms and shortlist candidates based on their vision, motivation, and commitment to PJ&RI’s mission.
Interview Call
Shortlisted applicants will be informed of their interview schedule, which will be conducted virtually or in person.
Final Screening
Candidates who perform well in interviews and align with our objectives will be selected for membership.
Initial Confirmation
Within 7 days of the interview, selected candidates will be individually notified via WhatsApp or email.
Membership Fee
Selected candidates must submit an annual membership fee to confirm and activate their membership within the provided deadline.
Final Confirmation
After the fee is received, candidates will be sent an official joining letter.
Active Association
